  3. Allow the cake to cool completely and remove it from the parchment. Cut 4 biscuits with a 10 cm diameter ring. The trimmings are delicious to eat like cookies or you can cut the cake into 4 rectangles. 
  4. For the cream, punch the briquette cottage cheese with a blender with milk until smooth. Coat the cakes with cream. Decorate the cake. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
